“Getting my teeth cleaned at Dental Works in Crestwood IL is always a treat, at times I leave with a bloody treat but we know that’s all my fault , I compare it getting my Grill Cleaned , however, they use no Lighter Fluid, Charcoal or those long wooden matches to try and get the cleaning Started. Each time is like a rock concert ( borderline heavy rock concert like Metallica) with Jennifer not only the great Hygienist but also Lead on both the Guitar and Vocals. Front desk and others are always pleasant and make for a great rock concert experience by playing all sorts of instruments in the back ground for a soothing sound while Jennifer is grinding away at the plague, coors light bottle caps , etc that has been tucked away in my Grill and building up over the past 6 months. The best part is when Jennifer raises the vocals to another level and says ” Have you been Flossing?” and then the rest of the Staff chyme’s in shortly before I could answer ” Sean she asked have you been flossing flossing flossing..” I respond, ” you know the answer by looking at by grill, I haven’t flossed since you did it for me 6 months ago” then Jennifer goes back ” Such a shame Such a shame at least keep Brushing in Circles, Circles Circles….” Then it’s all over, my cleaning is done, I leave a bit sad thinking my grill feels so great now all clean and shiny and I have to wait another 6 months to see the Rock Star Band at Dental Works in Crestwood and hear the great songs once again. They truly try to work with you and they set up a great treatment plan. I had a root canal, crown, deep cleaning, and a few cavities and it wasn’t a painful experience.”

“Let me explain, I have more dental anxiety than anyone, and I had to have a root canal! And Dr. Luckett’s “performace” was stellar! Five stars! Seriously though, I didn’t feel pain at all during the procedure. His soft-spoken nature is very great; he’s very in control, singing along with the radio, puts you at ease. You can tell a professional when you come in contact with one, and Dr. Luckett is the real deal! Also, post-root canal, I have no more pain or discomfort (my tooth was badly infected, too). I am so very happy with the work he’s done, I could spend another hour writing up accolades!Bravo!”

The only thing I wish he did was explain what he was doing as he was going. He made sure to wait until the medicine kicked in and proceeded in a timely manner. Other dentist tend to not wait long enough for the medicine to kick in.”
