The health, well being and safety of our patients, their families and our people is our priority at Queensway Dental Practice in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
Following the recent guidance from the government and dental governing bodies, we have taken the decision to temporarily close the practice until further notice.
Emergency contact information
We will be operating an Emergency Telephone Consultation service for our patients who have urgent pain or swelling during this period of closure. We are committed to providing emergency cover for you as comprehensively as we can within the guidelines.
If you urgently need assistance, please call us on 01908 372857 during the hours of 09.00 am to 5pm pm Monday to Friday or you can email us on [email protected] anytime, and we will respond as soon as practicable.
Any Patients that have already paid a deposit for treatment, this will still be honoured for any future treatment.
Our patients on Denplan – let me reassure you that we will ensure that any check-ups and hygiene appointments missed during the pandemic period will be carried out as soon as we are able to return to some degree of normal working.
If you have a dental emergency during this time and would like advice then please call the practice within normal opening hours to speak with one of our team, and if they are unable to assist, they will ask one of our dentists to call you back within a couple of hours. These arrangements will continue for the foreseeable future. If you prefer, please email the practice out of hours leaving your details, so that we can reply or call you back. Our Denplan and registered NHS patients will be our priority.
