Few people have attacked us that the routines we post are bu*****t, they don’t work, etc.

The main thing are the pictures in the articles. We got comments such as : “You cannot get so jacked from this routine” or “you cannot look like this with this diet”.

Let’s get things straight. YOU WILL NEVER LOOK LIKE THE PRO BODYBUILDERS AND FITNESS MODELS. At least 99% of you won’t.

There are tens if not hundreds of factors which determine how muscular and shredded a person can get. The first and most important is what mother nature gave you to work with. Or what kind of genes you have inherited.

Then there’s nutrition, sleep, stress levels, gear, natural hormone production levels……… THE WORKOUT IS JUST ONE OF THE FACTORS.

Does that mean that you need to give up ? ABSOLUTELY NO ! EVERYONE CAN build muscle, lose fat and improve how they look and feel. And believe me you will look better than 99.9% of the average Joe’s that spend their time watching TV and eating junk food.

EVERY ONE OF THESE ROUTINES WORK and will help you gain muscle and strength.

IS EVERY ONE OF OUR ROUTINES GOOD FOR EVERYBODY? NO !! Different things work for different people. You need to figure out what works for you !

Will you build a body like a fitness model with these routines ? Probably not if all other factors we mentioned earlier are not met.

Will you build muscle and improve your body if you follow them ? ABSOLUTELY !

Someone said that because we recommended lifting weights 45 to 1 hour a day and no more, we were no good and didn’t have a clue what we are saying.

Yes, we stand by what we said. The average Joe that goes to work, school or takes care of the family cannot train 2-3-4 hours a day, every day, like Arnold, Franko, Ronnie or the other greats (with the exception of the genetically blessed and chemically enhanced lifters) and see constant progress.

Just remember, training is just one of the factors involved in how you will look and how much muscle you will build. You can follow “the best” routine in the world that the most jacked models use, that the most beautiful fitness ladies use, but that doesn’t mean you will look like them.
