
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING COURIER SERVICES

Dear Valued Client,
Health Network Laboratories (HNL Lab Medicine) continues to take every precautionary measure available to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, providers, and patients.
To minimize the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), to protect our staff and yours, we are temporarily putting the following process in place to decrease the potential risk of exposure to our couriers.
To eliminate the need for our couriers to enter your facility, effective Tuesday, March 24th, we are requesting all clients requiring a specimen pickup, place their specimen boxes outside, or in a location near a perimeter door that is removed from patient waiting areas.
For clients that have scheduled pickups, please make sure that we have a primary phone number that is continuously staffed and specific to your site so our couriers can contact you. Please call Customer Care at 877-402-4221 to replace any general phone numbers with your site specific number.
We at HNL Lab Medicine are committed to providing our clients with the laboratory testing needed during this national pandemic. Our dedicated employees continue to perform all functions necessary to ensure you receive the same level of service and quality of results in these challenging times.
