“I have a lot of work to be done since I let my dental health go for a while due to being broke and depressed. I finally got to the point where I had to get going with getting it because I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror anymore. I called many dentist offices around Kannapolis and found DentalWorks to be the lowest priced which to me, was my first big attraction. It was about maybe ten minutes into my first visit that I said to myself, “Self, this is the place to be.” LOL!!! No, seriously now, I did decide to get everything I need from this office shortly after being examined here. I’ve had a few appointments and they’re always on time, as quick as I let them be, because I ask many questions and talk a lot and, the work is fabulous. I have two new front teeth now and my mouth is getting so much better. The hygienist is so nice, sweet and funny. She’s always made sure I know what she’s going to do because she explains it thoroughly in laymen terms and she makes sure I’m very comfortable before, during and after the work. Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention she’s really pretty too ;)!!! The dentist that’s done work on me so far is very nice as well and he has always explained to me, in laymen terms, what’s happened, why things are the way they are and what has to be done to fix the problem. His work is really good. He’s easy giving the Novocaine, as gentle as he can be drilling and makes sure you’re comfortable all the way through the job. Like I said before, I have two new front teeth now!!! He’s awesome and I can’t say enough about him!If you’re reading the reviews here, you must have some interest in getting your dental work done here. If I’m right, I implore you to come here and get that work done. Do it for yourself and do it to enjoy the best prices in town along with top notch, high quality dental work where the people that are providing that service are human and not some snooty people who are just in it for the money and don’t ‘really’ care about how you feel. Look, I’ve been to many dental offices in my time and have had some good experiences and some bad ones. I’ll guarantee that you WILL NOT have a bad experience here. From the front desk person, the pretty hygienist, to the doctor, you’ll actually enjoy getting things fixed up in your mouth and walk out feeling better all the way around. When I called the insurance company they didn’t help me at all. The representative was completely oblivious!! I called the dentist office and their new office manager Cathy was extremely helpful. She took down the information and said she’d call me back. Really wasn’t expecting a return call but to my surprise she did. She was able to take care of the situation and explained everything to me so that I completely understood. What a refreshing experience. She made me feel like my problem was her problem.
