To stay fit, use the stairs to climb several floors. This causes good exercise of the feet. Even to reduce obesity, it is better to climb stairs several times a day than doing all other exercises. Apart from this, it will also be appropriate for your heart.
If you save 15 minutes in a half-hour lunch break, you can walk. If you are having breakfast then lunch on yoghurt, fruits, vegetables or nuts. This time can be used for a walk. After having dinner in addition to lunch, be sure to take some time out for a walk. If you watch a favourite program on TV in the evening, then you can use commercial breaks in the middle for sit-ups, crunches and push-ups. If you are lazy to do this, then run for 2 to 3 minutes at your place. You can adopt these remedies in the midst of your work for good health and these small steps matter.
