We had some mix up on my appointment (on my end,) but they got me in and was even able to fill a couple of cavities. Dr. Nassar is very professional and knows what he is doing. “I have been to 3 Dental Works locations for surgical extractions. Each experience is excellent. Of course I find Dr. Alalawi to be excellent in managing what a general dentist does not want to venture out in with cracked or fractured teeth removals. You have had a treasure in her as she is there. The staff is always kind. In the recent months some of the policies have changed in requiring down payments prior to having one’s appt. I tend to think some patients don’t keep their appts. and that is why the policy was adopted. I myself arrive at least 30+ min.prior to my scheduled time. With this policy in place the deposit then is refunded so it does work out but it requires added work for the staff to keep track of it. I’m always pleased that I have been fit in when I need surgical help quickly. Thanks for being there.”
